Take Action
There are many ways for students to be involved with SVPRO and create culture change.
If you are a faculty or staff member, see ways to take action.
Get involved with SVPRO
- If you are seeking consultation for your department, team, or group, please use our online form.
- Become part of the SVPRO community by following us on Instagram where you can learn about our services, access educational resources, and find upcoming events.
Additional actions
- Create a policy or code of conduct for your student group or society with support from SVPRO. Complete the Outreach Request Form to request consultation.
- Take the time to learn about accountability for actions that have caused harm. Resources are available at SVPRO.
- Share SVPRO campaigns in your space online. Email svpro.vancouver@ubc.ca to request digital or physical resources.
- Take SVPRO’s Informational module on Canvas, “Intro to Sexual Violence Prevention & Response“, and contact SVPRO for follow-up steps.
